Give it anything. It understands, then creates.
A link, a file, a playlist — or nothing but an idea. idb reads it, watches it and listens to it before it makes a single frame.
Go ahead. Paste a YouTube link, a playlist, a file — it will tell you what it sees.
You don't have to be here for any of this.
Everything above ran on its own. If you already spend the day talking to an AI chat, it can drive idb for you: idb speaks MCP. If you'd rather build, the API is plain, and the whole thing runs on a schedule. New episode in, clips out.
Clips are one of the things it makes.
From the AI chat you already use
Ask it for clips from a link. It talks to idb directly and brings the results back to the conversation.
From your own code
Put it on a timer. The episode lands, the clips are ready, and nobody had to watch it happen.
It doesn't guess where the good parts are.
Before anything is generated, the engine builds a real model of what it was given. Every result is chosen from that model, not sliced on a timer.
Short clips from long video. That's the easy part.
Yes, we cut vertical and horizontal clips out of long video — and ours come out sharper than what you're used to, because of everything above.
It's also the least interesting thing this engine does.
The rest? Get access and see it.
And when you want your own hands on it, a full editor is built in — no export, no round trip to another tool.

idb is still in private beta.
We're finishing it with a small group of creators. Tell us what you make, and we'll open a seat in the next batch.
